Job model and baseVISION as an employer
You work on Saturdays and Sundays, but the rest of the week is yours. Doctor’s appointment on Tuesday morning, errands at the government office on Wednesday, and working out when the gyms are empty. Life goes on while others are stuck in the office.
baseVISION is purposefully building a team that treats Saturdays and Sundays as an integral part of the work model – not as an exception, but as a conscious choice for more flexibility in daily life. In return, we offer real benefits: above-average pay, compensatory days off, and reduced weekly hours that still yield more than a traditional full-time model.
Plus: plenty of autonomy, an innovative environment, genuine variety, and a team that’s on board.
At baseVISION, the weekend isn’t a compromise. It’s your model.
