Junior program

After recruitment, new employees receive a coach with whom they create a career plan. In the first year, the focus is on learning and networking, accompanied by continuous support and challenge from the coach.

Development

After completing the Junior Program, employees continue to support baseVISION as professionals. Individual development goals are set annually, with the motivation for skill development coming from the employees themselves. The goal is continuous professional growth and, in the long term, finding the right job role.

Lifelong learning

Lifelong learning is the key to success, regardless of one’s career stage. In addition to individual learning goals, baseVISION offers monthly tech workshops where employees can share the knowledge they’ve acquired. The company also encourages employees to pursue external certifications and continuing education.
